ID Credit Card iPhone 4 / 4S Case

I had this case for my 3G S and it was great. It came with a screen and back protector (easy slider) as well as the actual case. I could easily keep 2 cards in and slide them out without a problem.

So as soon as I upgraded to the 4S I bought another case, in fact 2, one for myself, one for my husband. It seems like we got a mix of old and new stock as one case came with the screen and back protector, and one didn't. After discussions with the seller and checking with Case-Mate, it appears that they've stopped putting in a back protector (and you can't even buy one separately) and by the sounds of it, there's no screen protector offered either. So it's £20 for just the case.

As great as the idea is, and as great as the case is on the 3G S it just doesn't fit so well on the 4S. I have the easy slide / back protector on my phone and I can only use one card. By putting two in I have a lot of problems trying to get them out again as it's such a tight fit. Not ideal when you're at the till waiting to pay. However, without the back protector on, we can't even use the case as the cards barely slide at all, plus trying to put them in/out has already caused minor scratches to the surface of the phone which will eventually look worse.

For £20 I would expect the whole deal, and a case that had slightly more give to actually use two cards comfortably. The 3G S version was spot on, this one isn't so.

This case does not protect the edges of the screen well. Even with a screen protector I dropped this phone less than 1 foot and the exposed edge of the screen cracked. The edges need to be up higher on the corners to protect the screen better.

It took a while before the case wore in a bit. My cards wouldn't come out at first but after some repetition, i was able to slide the cards out fine. This is bar far the best case i've ever owned. Go get one now!!!

The problem is that it only holds 2 cards.
Most people carry a drivers license, Credit Card, and Debit Card.

I bought it hopping I could somehow squeeze in a 3rd card, but forget about it.

One AMEX card and one debit card. I always had to remove the phone to get to my cards because they'd either slide under the gap between the phone and the slot or because the case was so tight I couldn't push or pull the cards out. What a waste of $35.

This case does not protect the edges of the screen well. Even with a screen protector I dropped this phone less than 1 foot and the exposed edge of the screen cracked. The edges need to be up higher on the corners to protect the screen better.
